Responsibilities
- Supply Sourcing & Vendor Development: Source, evaluate, and maintain qualified suppliers to support procurement requirements
- Procurement Execution & Purchase Order Management: Process purchase requests, issue purchase orders, and monitor procurement transactions
- Delivery Monitoring & Expediting Control: Follow up supplier deliveries and resolve procurement-related delays
- Cost Analysis & Supplier Negotiation: Analyze costs and negotiate commercial terms to achieve procurement savings
- Technical & Project Coordination: Coordinate procurement activities with Engineering, Production, and Project teams
- Procurement Compliance & Documentation: Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain / Sourcing
- Experience in supplier sourcing, RFQ management, commercial evaluation, and PO administration
- Experience in supplier negotiation, delivery expediting, and cost control, international sourcing, OEM coordination and contract administration.
- Experience in Engineering, Industrial or Manufacturing procurement is preferred.
- Experience in government agencies or related projects is an advantage.
- TOEIC requires 650 scores
