Responsibilities
- Academic Partnership Management : Build and manage university collaborations, including scholarship programs, joint research and development (R&D), and demonstration projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage strong relationships and clear communication with clients, OEM partners, local companies, and academic institutions.
- Talent Pipeline & HR Support : Assist with recruitment, internship programs, professional training, and international exposure opportunities for employees.
- Employer Branding & Academic Events : Represent the company at career fairs, campus activities, and branding events to attract top talent.
- Documentation & Project Compliance : Maintain accurate documentation and compile evidence to ensure full compliance with project reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years in Talent Development, Visa & Work Permit, Training and Learning Development
- Experience in Campus Recruitment / University Partnerships would be a strong advantage
- Experience in employer branding is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written in English with TOEIC scores: 650
