1.มีประสบการณ์ตรงอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในงาน IT Support, และอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีในงาน  Network  Infrastructure, Security 2. มีความรู้ : Preventive Maintenance IT, ระบบ Network Infrastructure & Security รวมถึงสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาระบบเบื้องต้นได้ และ Hardware & Software เป็นอย่างดี3. มีใจรักบริการ มีความสนใจ และเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีสม่ำเสมอ 4. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี 5. สามารถสื่อสารกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 6. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการทําโครงการ (IT improvement project) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
