Responsibilities
- Preparation shipping document, records and checking the shipment cost to get realistic price as forwarder's Quotation. (Billing records)
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure smooth export operations.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on export documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations and other applicable laws.
- Arrange export shipments and monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor customs clearance and resolve shipment or documentation issues promptly.
- Maintain export records and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Age 24-30 years old.
- At least 1-3 years experience in Logistics or Export and Import job function (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, FTA form)
- Proficiency in computer programs; excel, Microsoft word, Power point and internet
- BOI basic knowledge will be advantage.
- Able communicate in English skill.
