Responsibilities
1.Recruitment: Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, on time
2.Welfare & Benefit: Handle and coordinate in welfare and benefits for employee
3.Company activity: Conduct and support in Employee activities; such as Sport Day / New Year Party / Company Trip / Welfare Committee etc.
4.ER: disciplinary actions and labor laws, establish employee regulations, and communicate the company's rules to ensure employees understand
5.Coordinate and provide document to support Government process and Quality System.
Qualifications
- Age not over than 28 years
- Male or Female Thai Nationality
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Experience in HR function at least 2 years
- Able to communicate in English (Basic)
- Able to computer skill (Ms. Office)
- Able to work at Samutsakorn province
