Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR strategies, programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, local communities, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage administrative functions, including facilities, office services, transportation, security, housekeeping, and pest control.
- Oversee annual budgets and ensure effective cost management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and quality management systems.
- Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to ISO, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and other applicable standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Administration and GA team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CSR, stakeholder engagement, administration, facilities, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, occupational health & safety, and environmental requirements.
- Experience in quality management systems such as ISO, GMP, HACCP, and Halal standards is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
