Utility Engineer (supervisor) - บริษัท เอสดี กัทธรี อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มรกต จำกัด (มหาชน)

1. Engineering & Maintenance Management

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for boilers, water systems, and LNG station.

- Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimize production downtime.

- Manage spare parts inventory, critical equipment list, and maintenance budget.

2. Project & Process Improvement

- Plan and execute engineering projects such as system upgrades, efficiency

improvements, new equipment installation, and plant expansion.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement activities

(Kaizen, OEE improvement, reliability engineering).

3. Safety, Health, Environment & Compliance

- Ensure boiler operations comply with safety standards, environmental

regulations, and palm oil industry requirements.

- Lead risk assessments, safety inspections, and corrective actions for

engineering-related hazards.

- Support waste minimization, energy conservation, and sustainability

initiatives.

4. Leadership & People Development

- Supervise and develop the boiler teams.

- Conduct performance evaluations, training plans, and skill development

programs.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and technical excellence.

5. Coordination & Communication

- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Warehouse teams

to support plant operations

1. Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Boiler Management within a manufacturing plant. (preferred)
3. Good planning, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
