Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify all related documents to import and export, such as B/L / Air Waybill / FTA Forms / Invoice / Packing list / , etc.
- Prepare, handling, organizing and storing documents related to import and export activities
- Process and coordinate in license/certificate application processes of various authorities involved
- Coordinate with shipping agent in various customs clearance procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to complete the import and export activities
- Checking Expenses, negotiating transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability with external freight forwarders
- Maintain precise records of all import and export transactions
- Other assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Science or a related field
- 2 - 3 years experience in import and/or export operations
- Knowledge of customs, international trade, and FTA regulations
- Knowledge of import-export and customs clearance processes
- Excellent computer skills (MS-Office, Acrobat, E-mailing, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking), including strong negotiation abilities
- Flexible with good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels including management
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, hard-working and a "can-do" positive attitude
- Able to work flexible hours
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure
