Responsibilities
- Maintain the operator training and education system.
- Review/Analysis/ improve work processes for correctly.
- Improve seamless collaboration with the Production team.
Qualifications
- Ungendered, no age limit.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Education, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1–2 years working experience in a manufacturing facility
- Good command of the English language and computer proficiency.
