Software engineer [AGC Micro Glass - Lamphun] - บริษัท เอจีซี ไมโคร กลาส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

- Develop and maintain software, web applications, and digital tools to support manufacturing and production operations.  
- Monitor and maintain servers, applications, databases, and related systems to ensure stable operation.  
- Work with Engineering, Production, Quality, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.  
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, system, and integration issues in a timely manner.  
- Support system testing, deployment, backup, change management, and technical documentation.  
- Support AI-related solutions, such as AI Chatbots, Prompt Engineering, Local LLM, and RAG, where applicable.  
- Provide user training and technical support for factory staff.  

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.  
- Experience in software development, application support, IT systems, or a related role; manufacturing experience is preferred.  
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, VB.NET, C#, C/C++, or JavaScript.  
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.  
- Basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, system integration, and software deployment.  
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows Server, networking, backup, and system monitoring is an advantage.  
- Knowledge or interest in AI technologies, including AI Chatbots, Prompt Engineering, Local LLM, and RAG, is preferred.  
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with an understanding of factory production and quality processes.
