Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายและทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำเอกสารซื้อ-ขาย สัญญา ต่างๆ ด้วยความแม่นยำรอบคอบ
- ดูแลสต็อคสินค้า บันทึกข้อมูล และรายงานความเคลื่อนไหวต่างๆ
- ดูแลการจัดส่งและติดตามเอกสารสำคัญ
- ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งต่างๆที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือทีมงาน
- จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลและปัญหาให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบเสมอ
Qualifications
- ไม่ระบุเพศ
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- จบปวส-ป.ตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำเอกสารงานขาย ใบเสนอราคา สัญญาซื้อขาย เป็นต้น
- มีไหวพริบและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีการวางแผนจัดการงานได้ดีเป็นไปตามกำหนด
- มีทัศนคติดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์หรืออัธยาศรัยดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
