Responsibilities
- กำหนดกลยุทธ์และทิศทางทางธุรกิจในกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ Medical Device ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายบริษัท
- วางแผนงบประมาณ การคาดการณ์ยอดขาย และกำกับดูแลผลประกอบการ
- บริหารทีมงานขาย การตลาด การแพทย์ ทีมบริการ และทีมสนับสนุน เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับ Key Opinion Leaders, แพทย์, คลินิก และพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
- วิเคราะห์ตลาด คู่แข่ง และหาโอกาสในการพัฒนาธุรกิจใหม่
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมระดับผู้บริหารเพื่อขยายตลาดในประเทศและภูมิภาค
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ กายภาพบำบัด พยาบาล เภสัช หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง / หรือสาขาบริหารธุรกิจที่มีประสบการณ์ในสายเครื่องมือแพทย์อัลตร้าซาวด์
- มีประสบการณ์ บริหารทีมระดับผู้จัดการขึ้นไปอย่างน้อย 5–8 ปี ในธุรกิจ Medical Device / Aesthetic
- เข้าใจ เครื่องมือแพทย์ ผลิตภัณฑ์ Medical Device (อัลตร้าซาวด์) และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค
- มีความสามารถด้านการบริหารกลยุทธ์ การวิเคราะห์ตลาด และการวางแผนยอดขาย
- ทำงานเชิงรุก ตัดสินใจดี ภาวะผู้นำสูง มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการขยายตลาดต่างประเทศ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ***
