Accounts Payable Officer - บริษัท ชาช่า ไทย จำกัด

• ตรวจสอบเอกสารการชำระเงินและบันทึกรายการเจ้าหนี้การค้า (Accounts Payable: AP) ให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน

• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความครบถ้วนของใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี และเอกสารประกอบจากผู้ขาย (Supplier)

• บันทึกรายการบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ ค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าเสื่อมราคา รวมถึงรายการปรับปรุงทางบัญชี เช่น รายการค้างจ่าย (Accruals) และค่าใช้จ่ายจ่ายล่วงหน้า (Prepaid Expenses)

• จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย (Payment Voucher) พร้อมตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของเอกสารประกอบให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท

• บริหารและควบคุมกระบวนการด้านเจ้าหนี้การค้า (Accounts Payable) ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัทและมาตรฐานการบัญชี

• เก็บบันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย พร้อมรายละเอียดของแต่ละรายการ สำหรับการลงทุนในแต่ละ Capex Project

• ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายเงินและดำเนินการชำระเงินให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการชำระเงินที่บริษัทกำหนด

• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายการเงิน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเอกสารและการชำระเงิน

• บันทึกข้อมูลสินทรัพย์ถาวรใหม่เข้าสู่ระบบบัญชี และกำหนดรหัสสินทรัพย์เพื่อใช้ในการติดตามและควบคุม

• ดำเนินการตรวจนับสินทรัพย์ประจำปี เพื่อตรวจสอบการมีอยู่จริงและสภาพของสินทรัพย์

• จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานประจำเดือน

• ดำเนินการด้านภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) รวมถึงการจัดทำและยื่นแบบ ภ.ง.ด. 3, ภ.ง.ด. 53, ภ.ง.ด. 54 และ ภ.พ.30

• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
