Responsibilities
- Oversee and control domestic and overseas supplier deliveries for mechanical and electronic parts
- Coordinate and manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes to ensure accuracy of design changes and documentation updates
- Monitor and control payment processes related to suppliers and procurement activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Prepare and compile procurement documentation, including contracts and purchase orders
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Support other purchasing-related activities as required by the department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with a focus on mechanical and electronic parts
- Understanding of ECN (Engineering Change Notice) processes and supplier management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Thai and English
- Proficiency in using ERP software or related procurement systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Experience in controlling international deliveries is a plus.
