Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, environmental laws, and company standards.
- Oversee the Environmental Management System (EMS), including air quality, wastewater, waste management, chemical handling, and pollution control.
- Lead internal and external environmental audits and impact assessments, driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmental programs, enhancing stakeholder communication and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in environmental management
- Legal certification in Chemical Management, Industrial & Hazardous Waste, Wastewater, and Air Pollution Control
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001 and relevant environmental regulations
- Experience with Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and pollution control systems
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
