Position 1: Quality Control

• Oversee quality control processes within the manufacturing department.
• Analyze quality data and implement corrective or improvement solutions.
• Monitor and track Quality Index performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality.

Position 2: Product Quality

• Analyze, monitor, and resolve issues in production processes and inspection.
• Prepare Quality reports, problem reports, and solution reports for internal use and market feedback.
• Develop and maintain instructions for production and inspection.

Position 3: Part Quality

• Support the startup of new mechanical parts models.
• Maintain standard mechanical control procedures.
• Provide support for part quality initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
• Minimum GPA of 2.50
• New graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome
• Experience with quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, and Fishbone Diagram
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
