Responsibilities
- International and local sourcing according to TOR, engineering and customer requests in order to support sales and marketing
- Create and manage sourcing database to ensure availability of all products before purchase, constantly follow up and update all information
- Sourcing for new and reliable suppliers/partners, internationally and locally
- Coordinate and assist in sourcing alternative replacement in case of EOL or discontinued products
- Support procurement process after sales (internal coordination)
- International and local procurement as assigned, coordinate internally and externally
- Support international procurement including import-export process and documentation as well as all related English documents such as agreements, specification sheets, quotations etc.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- All genders, Age above 18 years old
- Completed military service or received an exemption
- Bachelor degree or higher in field of engineering or information technology (if graduated in other fields, must have knowledge in engineering or technology innovations and must be willing to learn)
- Experienced in procurement or government procurement process or TOR documentation will be advantage
- Love documentation process and doing research, working with a lot of data
- Excellent English reading and writing skills; Good English speaking skill
- Able to translate English and Thai documents with precise and correct grammar
- Any English tests or certificates will be advantage including any translator certificates
- Quick-witted, good at solving problems on the spot, good at negotiation
- Work fast and thoroughly detailed, ensure correctness
- Can work under pressure from high work load and limited time frame
- Multi tasks and good time management
- Able to use Gmail , Google Drive , Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel effectively
- Able to understand basic 2D / 3D design in computer , mechanic , or electric field will be advantage
No online interview.
All applicants must be interviewed at WM SIMULATOR CO., LTD. (Headquarters) and complete English Test onsite. The test involves multiple choices answer, reading, and writing (33 items, 30 minutes).
The interview will be conducted in Thai and English.
