Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with customers, makers , and internal departments
- Prepare and manage documents related to sales and goods receiving in the system
- Accurately record and maintain data in relevant systems
- Monitor and control inventory to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with the Shipping team for import processes and customs clearance
- Support documentation tasks and perform other coordination duties as assigned
- Utilize AS400 and WEST systems.
Qualifications
- Age 22 - 30 years
- New graduate are welcome
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business administration , logistics supply chain management , Marketing or other related fields.
- Good communication in English (TOEIC score 350 or Above)
- Able to work under high pressure with a strong service-minded attitude
- Highly responsible with good interpersonal relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
