Compliance Assurance Manager - บริษัท ไอร่า แอนด์ ไอฟุล จำกัด (มหาชน)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compliance assurance reviews using a risk-based approach.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of compliance controls across business units.
• Evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports, including findings, root cause analyses, and recommendations.
• Provide practical remediation recommendations and monitor corrective actions through to completion.
• Collaborate with business units to strengthen compliance processes and control environments while maintaining the independence of the assurance function.
• Support regulatory examinations and internal governance activities as required.
• Contribute to periodic reporting to senior management and relevant committees.
• Identify emerging compliance risks and recommend improvements to the Compliance Assurance methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Compliance, Compliance Assurance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related functions within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance programs, governance, and internal control environments.
• Experience in conducting risk-based reviews, compliance testing, or assurance engagements.
• Strong analytical, report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• High level of integrity, professional judgment, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CRMA, CISA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience interacting with regulators or supporting regulatory examinations is an advantage.

Familiarity with data analytics and digital compliance tools will be an added advantage
