Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by delivering digital solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline business processes, and optimize core operational systems.
- Manage end-to-end digital projects, including business requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, UAT, go-live, and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare business proposals, project documentation, reports and management updates to support project governance and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Management, or related roles.
- Familiarity with digital technologies, AI tools, and IT systems is an advantage.
- Experience in the financial services, fintech, or digital business industry is an advantage.
