Responsibilities
- Monitor and observe bank activities for compliance with regulations from the Bank of Thailand, Anti-Money Laundering Office, and other regulatory policies.
- Oversee business operations and activities to ensure adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations (e.g., BOT, SEC, NCB).
- Track newly established or updated relevant laws and regulations (e.g., BOT, SEC, NCB) and communicate changes to the Business Unit Department.
- Review and update company policies, internal rules, and business operation processes and activities.
- Collaborate with Business Departments to address compliance issues for new product development or changes to existing company products.
- Liaise with government regulators.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Laws or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years Of experience in compliance fields
- Good overview knowledge of compliance
- knowledge on BOT , NCB , SEC is plus
- Strong undertanding with relevant regulations from BOT, NCB , AMLO and SEC
- Experiance in handiling complaints BOT and NCB is Preferred
- Good team management and handle under pressure.
- Good in English communication
