Retails and Venue Manager - บริษัท อัลเคมี่ ไวน์ แอนด์ สปิริตส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire retail operations of Mercantile store including staffing, revenue, budgets, marketing plans and Promotions
• Create, implement, and review all SOP, company policies and procedures (opening and closing cash and revenue balancing, cash on hand (float) management, ordering, cleaning, maintenance….)
• Create, implement, and review our sales and marketing plan for both B-to-C and B-to-B channels
• Strongly developed Retail Sales through email outreach strategy, Referrals program, attending networking events,
• Implement, maintain, and manage customers records in a sales database together with communications frequency, sales performance, and shopping preferences
• Create, Plan and Execution of annual promotion calendar for in store promotions (weekly & monthly deal, newsletters, emailing, cold call…)
• Manage Online Sales where possible (promotion, customer deliveries, collecting payment…)
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts + making decisions about pricing and promotions in response to customer feedback
• Manage the marketing (social post, promotion, website, catalogue, flyers, POSM, hamper’s, gift box, events…)
• Coordinate, update and optimize the use of our POS system (stock control, VIP card management, customer database, barcode, promotion….)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Age 30 - 45
• Have an experience in Retails or Beverage or Hospitality biz
