Responsibilities
1. Research and identify new target business and promoting services like 3PL/4PL solutions.
2. Strategy support: assisting with Market analysis and promotional efforts for logistics services.
3. Coordination between the client’s requirements and other teams to ensure smooth, cost-effective delivery.
4. Customer relationship management (CRM): Managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Others assign according to requirement.
Qualifications
- Age: 25 years old (or above/equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication arts, Maketing communications, BA or related field.
- Experience: More than 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge in Supply chain, Custom regulation, Transportation.
- Data analytics and technology.
- Customer relationship management.
- Communication and Negotiation skills, Able to communicate and present effectively in English. (TOEIC score will be an advantage.)
