Responsibilities
- Take responsible for monitoring all AR, GL, Tax, Budgeting, Forecasting revenue and experience preparing account reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting debt activity , balance details etc.
- Monthly and annual financial closing of the company and lFRS16 Financial Statement Leases Calculation
- Manage, Monitor and Evaluate day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that the working process and data is effectiveness and ready to be used.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate fluctuations in the Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit & Loss (P&L) and provide clear explanations.
- Experience working closely with Business Partner (BP), Finance, and cross-functional teams to analyze financial results, explain BS/P&L movements, and support business decision-making.
- Create new internal accounting policies and maintain existing policies
- Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or other professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Supervisory or Manager role.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting principles and reporting.
