Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the system design and implementation of a small business module.
2. Formulate corresponding plans and implement them to improve business metrics, achieving tangible results.
3. Deep Understanding of Business Operations Models and Metrics: Understanding industry trends and market demands to take responsibility for achieving business goals.
4. Data Analysis and Insight: Analyzing data to identify pain points and opportunities, and accurately refining product requirements and solutions.
5. Effective Communication with Business and Development Teams: Maintaining good communication with both business and development teams to efficiently break down objectives and advance project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination skills and Communication skill
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin)
