Responsibilities
Conduct monthly inventory counts; track variances and process inventory results in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage and approve the disbursement of assets for affiliated companies to effectively meet the operational needs of each agency.
Oversee TOP BOX warehouse management, including monthly inventory counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies, and submit routine warehousing service payments through the system after reconciliation.
Analyze and resolve operational issues across departments to support efficient company operations.
Promote and implement new policies/systems, ensuring effective communication, employee understanding, and smooth adoption.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields;
At least of 1 year of experience;
Background in administration or warehouse management; or experience handling a large daily communication workload; or experience in promoting new policies; or experience organizing activities in campus life.
