Responsibilities
- Support the development and expansion of new business in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Manage customer business negotiations, prepare business quotations, facilitate contract signing, and coordinate joint activities.
- Monitor overdue accounts receivable and collaborate with the Finance team to complete account collection.
- Promote new business developments to existing customers in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company or superior.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chinese and English communication.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Relevant experience in either:
- E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Express delivery or related logistics.
- Ability to work 5+1 days and be on-call 24/7.
- Prior experience in supervising or managing a team is a plus.
- Basic data analysis skills are a plus.
