Business Project Manager (BA/PM Role) Credit Card Business - Krungsri Consumer/กรุงศรี คอนซูมเมอร์

Managing
Define project scope, objectives, estimates, and schedules.
Coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., marketing, operation, finance, IT) to gather business requirements.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and achievable, reviewing and approving them before proceeding.
Document business requirements and functional solutions, ensuring approval before implementation.
Oversee overall project success and implementation.
Work with developers and testers to brainstorm test scenarios for a comprehensive test plan.
Organize and run internal and external meetings, prepare presentations, and handle minute taking and reporting.
Identify project risks and determine how to approach, plan, and resolve them.
Monitoring
Track project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Provide project updates to the project champion and relevant stakeholders.
Consultancy
Offer recommendations for setting up new businesses (e.g., new partners, new documentation) or changing existing requirements, and follow up to ensure timely progress.
Assign, lead, or assist in planning, implementing, and introducing new systems and technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related fields.
More than 8 years of overall working experiences.
Experiences in Insurance or Credit Cards Project willl be huge plus.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Experience in test script writing and project management tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Fast learner with positive thinking and excellent presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Location:
KSPO Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
