Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and financial records using SAP.
- Verify invoices, accounting documents, and expense records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor fixed assets and support month-end and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare and submit VAT and withholding tax documentation (PND 3, PND 53) in compliance with tax regulations.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist with cost control and expense tracking initiatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting
- Strong communication skills.
- Good attitude and energetic.
- Good level of English.
