Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and manage the company’s legal documents and agreements, offering guidance to various departments and monitoring new laws and regulations to analyze potential impacts on operations.
- Support trademark-related work by assisting with the management and oversight of trademark registrations in Thailand, coordinating with external agents for disputes, and applying basic knowledge of trademark law.
- Handle legal proceedings and customer complaints by managing filings, pursuing civil or criminal cases, facilitating negotiations, and reviewing the work of external litigation lawyers.
- Ensure compliance with advertising laws and regulations by reviewing and providing guidance on marketing content, collaborating with the marketing team, and updating internal policies.
- Advise the Human Resources department on company policies, labor laws, and support the resolution of employee complaints and disputes through mediation and negotiation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Possession of a license to practice law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field.
- Strong knowledge of business law, civil and commercial law, with proven ability in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and legal problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of trademark law and the ability to support related team activities.
- Proficiency in English.
