Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate payment terms when needed.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, WHT, etc.).
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Procurement.
- Handle payments-related transactions.
