Responsibilities
- Manage the application process from once the application is submitted to ensuring all stages are complete including
- Deliverables and assessments (testing and playdates).
- Notifying families both digital and hard copy.
- Ensuring contracts, deposits and seat acceptances are completed.
- Handle parent phone and email inquiries within own capacity and route more in-depth questions appropriately.
- Format, edit and provide quality check on all e-communications to parents and prospective parents.
- Ensure a positive experience for prospective parents and students by providing excellent customer service.
- Represent the school and disseminates appropriate information to prospective students and other interested parties.
- Work with marketing and admissions teams to coordinate admissions activities, information meetings, school tours, individual meetings, and student testing.
- Work cooperatively to provide appropriate data for purposes of reporting and research.
- Lead on administrative upkeep of the admissions office.
- Drive student recruitment and meet enrollment targets by actively engaging with prospective families and guiding them through the admissions pipeline.
Qualifications
- Nationality: Open to both Thai and Expatriate candidates.
- Language Proficiency: Native English speaker or possessing a near-native command of English (excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential).
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in Sales or Admissions specifically within the International School or University sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the international education market and enrollment processes.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse families and stakeholders.
