Building Manager (Sukhumvit Zone) - บริษัท พรีโม เซอร์วิส โซลูชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน)

In this Building Manager role for the Sukhumvit Zone, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the building, ensuring it remains well-maintained, clean, and safe for all occupants. This includes coordinating effectively with contractors and vendors, and ensuring all equipment functions properly. You will also ensure the safety and security of the building and its residents by implementing necessary security measures, coordinating emergency response plans, and ensuring full compliance with safety regulations. A key part of your role will involve managing the budget for building maintenance and operations, tracking costs, managing expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. You will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues they may have, while also supervising building staff including maintenance, security, and other support personnel. Furthermore, you will ensure the building complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, and develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of building operations.
