Responsibilities
- Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating vulnerabilities across BIH’s IT infrastructure, applications, and systems.
- Using advanced technical expertise in vulnerability management, threat analysis, and remediation processes to ensure the BIH’s assets remain secure.
- Including collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the security posture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze threat intelligence and correlate it with vulnerabilities to assess potential risks.
- Collaborate with IT teams and others to remediate identified vulnerabilities and track progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vulnerability management, penetration testing, or a related cybersecurity field.
- Expertise in vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards relevant to the healthcare industry.
