Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinical operations to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and resolve customer feedback and suggestion.
- Review and enhance patient care workflows and service data to improve clinic operations and overall service quality.
- Monitor various relevant indicators to identify opportunities for development and improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage manpower by estimating the personnel needed to achieve departmental goals and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.
- Monitor and supervise the utilization of the allocated resource budget and make improvements as necessary.
- Lead and support quality improvement activities within the department by engaging employees in problem-solving, planning, and implementing Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives based on incidents and complaints.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments and affiliated companies to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in clinic/hospital management
- Understanding Business Management in the Healthcare Industry
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
