Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the line manager to design and deliver learning and development programs tailored to professionals and VitalLife staff.
- Support the line manager in facilitating onboarding, mentorship, and career development initiatives to enhance employee growth and integration.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary adjustments based on participant feedback and performance outcomes.
- Coordinate with Learning stakeholders such as Bumrungrad Academy, Vendors and related to legal compliance to ensure that comply with policies and laws.
- Coordinate with Bumrungrad Human Resources to implement HR interventions related to employee performance, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with line manager to ensure that all department KPI or OKR that align with Organization Strategy.
- Support and facilitate workforce engagement activities, including staff welfare committee coordination and organizational performance review processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in learning & development, talent management, or organization development roles.
- Strong facilitation, communication skills.
- Experience in learning program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- English proficiency (TOEIC score above 600) is preferred.
