Senior Specialist, Financial Analysis - บริษัท โรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Business/Financial Analysis

1.      Prepare annual budgets, quarterly rolling forecasts, and variance analyses

2.      Develop financial models and reports to support ad hoc analysis and business decision-making.

3.      Prepare financial projections and feasibility analyses for CAPEX and business initiatives.

4.      Support annual price adjustments and ensure compliance with applicable pricing policies and guidelines.

Financial and Statistical Reports

1.      Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and statistical reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2.      Conduct ad hoc financial and statistical analyses to support management requirements.

3.      Review reports and practices to ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and standards.

4.      Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and efficiency through automation and analytical tools.

Hospital Business Analysis

1.      Analyze revenue, profitability, and operational performance by hospital, service line, clinic, and physician.

2.      Monitor key hospital KPIs, including OPD visits, IPD admissions, occupancy rate, ALOS, Case Mix Index, and revenue per patient.

3.      Identify key business drivers and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decision-making

4.      Support management presentations and strategic initiatives through financial and business analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Analysis, Corporate Finance, Healthcare Finance or Audit. Experience in hospital or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Possess excellent inter-personal skills, leadership quality, self-motivated, ethical and professional in decisions making.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

          Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, and financial modeling.

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, AI-assisted analytical tools, or ERP/BI systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP,) is preferred.

• Good command of English communication.
