Responsibilities
- Manage project portfolios, trackers, timelines, budgets, and sponsor communications
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up actions
- Maintain project documentation, folders, and administrative records
- Support project planning, risk tracking, and execution
- Collaborate with clinicians, IT, Legal, IRB, Finance, CROs, and external partners
- Support conferences, abstracts, events, and research initiatives
- Act as a trusted operational partner to the CRC Lead
Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, Health Informatics, or related fields
Experience in hospital research, CRO, or pharma
Strong MS Office and project management tools
Familiarity with GCP, IRB, Thai PDPA
- Clinical Research Coordination or Project Management experience
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Understanding of clinical research workflows
- Excellent English communication
- Ability to work across departments
- Service-minded, proactive, detail-oriented
