Responsibilities
- · Gather requirements from users and identify suitable AI, agentic, and automation use cases.
· Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, storage, document repositories, and collaboration platforms.
· Apply good application design principles, including modular design, clear logic, error handling, security, scalability, and maintainability.
· Use AI-assisted development or vibe coding tools when appropriate, while still understanding, reviewing, fixing, and maintaining the system properly.
· Support AI/LLM and agentic capabilities such as prompt design, RAG, grounding, tool use, planning, workflow orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop control.
· Monitor, troubleshoot, document, and support AI/Agentic Platform solutions in development and production environments.
Qualifications
- · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.
· Strong understanding of AI, LLM, agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, evaluation, guardrails, and AI application development.
· Understanding of AI development/testing harnesses, prompt evaluation, regression testing, and quality measurement is preferred.
· Hands-on programming experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or similar languages.
· Good understanding of APIs, authentication, backend/service development, databases, storage, and cloud platforms.
· Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical users in Thai and English.
· Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership, curiosity, and self-learning ability
Preferred Experience:
- · Experience building AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation, internal tools, or enterprise applications.
· Experience with Databricks, data lakes, data pipelines, or lakehouse architecture.
· Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 integration, or similar platforms.
· Knowledge of healthcare workflows, data privacy, security compliance, MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, and production support.

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, operate, and maintain enterprise AI/Agentic Platform capabilities for hospital and internal business use cases. The role combines software engineering, AI/LLM understanding, agentic workflow design, integration, automation, and production support.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, learns quickly, can work with both technical and business users, and can maintain AI-enabled systems according to enterprise standards. Experience with Microsoft, Databricks, or other enterprise AI platforms is an advantage.
