Senior Engineer - System and Operation (Based in Bumrungrad Phuket) - บริษัท โรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Proactively monitor server and network performance verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.

Provide performance statistics and reports, and ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and plan system resources to support business growth/change.

Write and maintain custom scripts to increase productivity and system efficiency.

Create and update system documentation and policy/procedure documentation related to Infrastructure Services to ensure it is comprehensive and up-to-date

Ensure that the IT Infrastructure software hardware and equipment inventory are properly maintained.

Ensure data center facilities are kept secure and maintained to a very high standard in conjunction with Plant Operations.

Develop and recommend automated approaches for system administration tasks.

Leads requirements analysis and collaborative design activities, serving as a liaison between various businesses and IT project partners. Translate business needs into well-documented, high-quality requirements functional designs, and system supplemental specifications

Participates and facilitates in requirements, gathering processes for IT Infrastructure implementation

Ensure deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results and on time

Provide IT service request and communicate with requestor to gather required information for implementing the service

Plan and implement changes as per an IT change request

Investigate and solve IT incident report as well as coordinate with users and/or vendors (if necessary. And conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for critical IT incidents.

Bachelor’s Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field

8Yrs. Experience in Enterprise Information Technology

Fluent Trouble shooting skill

Operation background on VMWare Virtualization, Windows server, RedHat Linux

Operation background on Physical server, Storage, DC wiring, Monitoring, Backup

Operation background on LAN Switch, Wi-Fi configuration

Operation background on managing IT Infrastructure for Campus including LAN, Wi-Fi, Routing, ioT.
