• Application Development & Integration: Develop, code, test, and implement application features, APIs, services, database components, and system integrations according to approved designs and project requirements.

• AI Solution Development: Develop and integrate AI features, including speech-to-text, PII detection and masking, text processing, classification, summarization, and automation, using appropriate models, frameworks, and APIs.

• Data Preparation & Model Evaluation: Prepare and validate datasets, define evaluation criteria, measure accuracy and performance, analyze errors, and improve AI solution quality through controlled testing.

• Security, Privacy & Responsible AI: Apply secure coding, access control, data minimization, logging, privacy-by-design, and responsible AI practices when handling customer data and PII.

• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve application, integration, data pipeline, AI output, and production issues to maintain service stability and timely customer support.

• Project Execution: Complete assigned tasks within agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards. Communicate risks, dependencies, progress, and technical issues.

• Quality Control & Testing: Perform unit, integration, API, regression, performance, and AI output testing before release. Maintain source control and participate in code review.

• Documentation: Maintain system diagrams, API specifications, data flows, deployment guides, test evidence, user manuals, and AI service configuration records.

• • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 

  
  

  • Experience: At least 2 years of software development or system integration experience. AI, machine learning, NLP, speech processing, or data engineering experience is preferred.

  
  

  • Programming: Proficiency in at least one application programming language and working knowledge of Python for AI or data processing. 

  
  

  • Application & Integration: Understanding of REST APIs, web services, client/server architecture, databases, networking, distributed systems, source control, and development environments.
  

   AI & Data: Working knowledge of machine learning concepts, prompt and API integration, data preparation, model or service evaluation, error analysis, and common AI frameworks or cloud AI services. 

  
  

  • Testing & Operations: Ability to test and troubleshoot applications and AI pipelines, use logs and monitoring data, and support deployments across environments. 

  
  

  • Security & Privacy: Understanding of secure coding, access control, secrets management, data privacy, PII handling, and responsible use of AI. 

  
  

  • Communication: Good verbal and written Thai and working-level English. Able to explain technical issues and collaborate with internal teams and customers. 

  
  

  • Work Style: Analytical, responsible, self-learning, quality-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments.

  
  

  • Availability: Able to work overtime, provide production support, and travel to customer sites or upcountry when required.
