Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Server, Storage, Network, Virtualization, and Cloud systems according to customer requirements.
- Install and configure operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, or other related systems.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues in both hardware and software aspects.
- Prepare technical documents, including configuration documents, system diagrams, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with project teams and support teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Provide technical consultation and post-implementation support to customers.
- Perform duties in compliance with information security standards and company quality policies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a System or Infrastructure Engineer (5–10 years for Senior level).
- Strong knowledge of Server, Storage, Network, Virtualization, and Backup Solutions.
- Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, or Cloud Platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or CompTIA are an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
