Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Server, Storage, Network, Virtualization, and Cloud systems according to customer requirements.

• Install and configure operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, or other related systems.

• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues in both hardware and software aspects.

• Prepare technical documents, including configuration documents, system diagrams, and user manuals.

• Coordinate with project teams and support teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

• Provide technical consultation and post-implementation support to customers.

• Perform duties in compliance with information security standards and company quality policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a System or Infrastructure Engineer (5–10 years for Senior level).

• Strong knowledge of Server, Storage, Network, Virtualization, and Backup Solutions.

• Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, or Cloud Platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or CompTIA are an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
