1. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions including virtualization, backup, and storage systems (VMware, Veeam, SAN/NAS).
2. Perform installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of server, virtualization, and backup systems in both on-premises and cloud environments.
3. Conduct site surveys, perform system assessments, and prepare technical documentation such as system architecture diagrams, backup designs, and configuration guides.
4. Monitor infrastructure performance (server, storage, virtualization, backup) to ensure high availability, stability, and data protection.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful system deployment and implementation.
6. Provide post-sales support, including incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
7. Perform preventive maintenance, including firmware upgrades, system patching, and health checks for servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
8. Manage and maintain VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter), including VM provisioning, migration, and optimization.
9. Manage backup and recovery solutions (Veeam Backup & Replication), including backup jobs, restore operations, and DR testing.
10. Administer enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS), including provisioning, monitoring, and capacity management.
11. Stay up to date with emerging infrastructure technologies, security practices, and vendor solutions (VMware, Veeam, HPE, Dell EMC, etc.)

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 1–5 years of experience in System / Infrastructure Engineering (experience in virtualization, backup, or storage is an advantage).
3. Basic to intermediate knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
4. Knowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication and basic disaster recovery concepts.
5. Familiarity with enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS) is an advantage.
6. Basic understanding of system patching, firmware upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.
7. Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server and/or Linux.
8. Hands-on experience with server hardware and infrastructure systems is a plus.
9. Professional certifications such as VCP, VMCE, or equivalent are preferred.
10. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
11. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
12. Good command of English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
13. Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
