หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities

Setting interior design direction and doing action plan for each new project based on brief given by the MD.
Creating Interior construction drawing based on given architecture drawing and construction drawing, prepare interior design from reference provided whilst considering its aesthetic and usability.
Being responsible for on-site design management to ensure the interior construction process complete within time frame and equipped with quality.
Providing document as-built drawing as reference for the next project and taking note on lesson learnt to help develop the company interior design process.
Regular zoom meetings and once a week in person meeting with our inhouse design team required.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:
we are looking for a freelance interior designer, with full time / part-time employment for 6 months

• Male or Female

• Bachelor's degree in Interior design/Architecture preferred

• At least 5 years' experience in Hi-end residential (condominium)

• Command of English

• Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft office (power point)

• Able to manage and deliver projects on time

• Able to work under pressure

• PORTFOLIO is required.
