Responsibilities
ธุรกิจ : บริษัทชั้นนำในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยาง (Rubber Part) ขิ้นส่วนพลาสติก (Plastic Part) เป็นชิ้นส่วนประกอบให้กับอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า รวมถึงอุปกรณ์การแพทย์และอุตสาหกรรมทั่วไป ฯลฯ
สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน : ตำบลชัยมงคล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร
เงินเดือน : 20,000 - 30,000 บาท (ขึ้นกับประสบการณ์ทำงาน)
วัน - เวลาทำงาน : จันทร์ - ศุกร์, 8.00 - 18.00
หน้าที่และรายละเอียดงาน :
- วางแผนและควบคุมการดำเนินงานของโครงการ New Model ตั้งแต่ต้นจนถึง Mass Production
- ทบทวนความต้องการของลูกค้าใน Drawing ของชิ้นส่วนใหม่ และสรุปความต้องการ
- ดำเนินการวางขั้นตอนการผลิต (Ret RFQ) สำหรับชิ้นงาน
- กำหนดแผนการจัดส่งตัวอย่างตามที่ตกลงกับลูกค้าร่วมกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดำเนินงานทดลองตัวอย่างให้เป็นตามแผนงานที่วางไว้ ร่วมกับทีมงานเกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำเอกสารข้อมูลการผลิตที่ต้องจัดส่งไปพร้อมกับตัวอย่างเพื่อให้กับลูกค้า และติดตามการอนุมัติงานจากลูกค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารมาตรฐานในการผลิตและมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบ สำหรับใช้อ้างอิงในการผลิตงาน
- สรุปผลการดำเนินการทดลองตัวอย่างให้ทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบและดำเนินการส่งมอบขบวนการผลิตและตรวจสอบให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามการทำงานที่มีการ Mass Production ในผลิตภัณฑ์รุ่นใหม่ (ติดตามงานชิ้นส่วนใหม่ 3 เดือน)
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เช่น วิศวกรรมยานยนต์, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงาน New Model / New Project / Product Development อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี (ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิต การควบคุมคุณภาพ และเอกสารด้านวิศวกรรม เช่น Drawing, BOM, FMEA, PPAP
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SolidWorks ได้
- มีทักษะในการบริหารโครงการ และการทำงานเป็นทีม
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
