Responsibilities
ธุรกิจ : บริษัทชั้นนำในการบริหารจัดการ ตึก อาคาร สำนักงาน ศูนย์การค้า คอนโดมิเนียม และนิติบุคคล
สถานที่ทำงาน : สถานศึกษา ถ.ราชวิถี เขตดุสิต กรุงเทพ
เงินเดือน : 25,000 - 38,000 บาท (ตามประสบการณ์)
วันทำงาน : 6 วัน / สัปดาห์ สลับวันหยุด (สถานศึกษาเปิดทุกวันไม่มีวันหยุด) สามารถหมุนกะได้ กะเช้า 7.00 – 14.30 /กะบ่าย 14.30 - 22.00
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนการบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมของอาคารสถานที่
- ดูแลและดำเนินการซ่อมแซมหรือตรวจสอบระบบสาธารณูปโภคของอาคารสถานที่ (ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปรับอากาศ, ระบบประปา, สระว่ายน้ำ)
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของแบบก่อสร้าง และจัดทำเอกสารขออนุมัติวิศกรรมงานระบบต่างๆ
- ประสานงานกับวิศกรรมโครงสร้าง ระบบไฟฟ้า สถาปัตยกรรม และงานตกแต่งต่างๆ
- ควบคุมดูแลด้าน M&E ของอาคาร ควบคุมช่างเทคนิคและงาน Renovate พื้นที่
- ให้คำปรึกษา ควบคุม ดูแล หัวหน้าช่างให้ปฏิบัติงานตามระบบที่วางไว้
- ตรวจสอบรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานที่ดูแล
- บริหารงาน จัดการงานตามงบประมาณที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา, ไฟฟ้า, หรือช่างกล
- ต้องมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (ใบ กว.) ระดับภาคีวิศวกรขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานระบบวิศวกรรมอาคารสูง (High-Rise Building Systems) และระบบประกอบอาคารเป็นอย่างดี (ไฟฟ้า,ประปา, แอร์, สระว่ายน้ำ) และความปลอดภัย (Safety) เป็นอย่างดี อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind)
