Responsibilities
Business : Leading property management service including condominiums, office towers, and shopping centers
Location : Thung Maha Mek, Sathon, Bangkok
Salary : 35,000 - 45,000 THB (Based on experience)

Working Day :
- Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30
- 2 Saturdays / Month 8.00 - 17.00
- 1 Sunday / Month 9.00 - 17.00 (with OT)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site functions including maintenance, security, customer service, accounting, administration, and outsourced contractors
- Communicate effectively with residents, co-owners, committee members, and external parties in both Thai and English
- Prepare operational reports, meeting documents, budgets, and presentations for management and committee meetings
- Monitor building expenses, budgets, contracts, and payment collections
- Handle resident complaints and resolve operational issues professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all contractors and service providers comply with agreed standards and service quality
- Develop annual operational plans and continuously improve building management standards
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in condominium or property management
- Strong English communication skills, especially speaking and coordinating with foreign residents
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Service-minded, proactive, and confident in dealing with customers and stakeholders
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Candidates who can start working immediately will be highly considered
