Responsibilities

Design contract logistics processes and contribute to the overall facility layout and design, ensuring the appropriate equipment/resources are in place to meet business requirements.
Provide solution design support for new and expanding process implementations.
Conduct research and analyze 3PL market intelligence and technical studies to support logistics programs.
Analyze and design contractual commitments, customer specifications/requirements, design changes, and other relevant data to create effective solutions.
Work with the project team to verify requirements, ensuring the designed solution meets business needs.
Provide cost models and prepare proposal materials to present to customers.
Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development teams to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
Develop and provide action items to the project management team for successful implementation.
Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis and observations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics & Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
10 - 15 years of experience in WMS & TMS solution design, with a proven track record of increasing profitability, including more than 5 years in a managerial position.
Hands-on experience in the 3PL industry.
Strong understanding of Transportation and Warehouse Management Systems.
Adaptable and resilient, able to handle change, uncertainty, and challenges with confidence and openness; able to lead effectively and quickly.
Skilled in engineering and design software/tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, SQL, MS Excel).
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent presentation skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel as needed.
