Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage daily sales activities and support the sales team.
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to identify business opportunities and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Recommend suitable services and solutions based on customer needs.
- Close sales deals in line with company policies and team objectives.
- Resolve customer and internal issues effectively and independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding (FWD) business.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work outside the office; a valid driver’s license is required.
