Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process to ensure manpower availability according to business requirements.
- Coordinate with line managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Handle interview coordination, candidate selection, and offer preparation.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Support and coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, mid-year review, and annual appraisal.
- Maintain and update organizational charts and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports as required by management.
- Support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes such as confirmation and promotion documentation.
- Work closely with different departments to support HR initiatives and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Familiar with Performance Management System (PMS).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
